WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order is made, usually no more than 5-7 business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders ship via First Class USPS mail (typically 2-3 day transit). For alternate shipping options, please Contact Us before placing your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as Paypal, Venmo and Apple Pay.

IS THERE SALES TAX?

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees on all orders shipping to California addresses.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Willamy Collection offers a low flat rate US First Class Mail Shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. For international orders or USPS Priority Mail for an extra fee. For alternate shipping requests, please Contact Us.

On average, orders ship within 5-7 business days, including making the items. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for custom name bracelets or orders exceed 10 items.

HOW DO I STORE MY BRACELET?

We recommend storing your bracelet in it's original wrapped form in the organza bag to keep leather in proper structure or lay flat. Harsh chemicals, water, intense sun, self-tanners and other skincare products may act as a bleaching agent to certain crystals and may stain leather. Avoid washing or wearing in the ocean, pool or shower. Acidic PH levels may also alter coloring of certain crystals.

CAN I CUT OFF THE EXTRA LEATHER?

Yes. Willamy wrap bracelets have 3-4 sizing options (button holes). Extra leather may be cut AFTER the last knot being used. The women's 5x wrap bracelets are approximately 34-36" in length to accommodate nearly all wrist sizes. See above video for step by step instructions.

CAN MEN’S BRACELETS BE ORDERED IN WOMEN’S SIZES?

Yes. Men’s styles average 7-7.3 inches per wrap (compared to 6.6.8” for women) but may be custom made to fit women upon request.

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BUTTON THAN THE ONE PICTURED?

In most cases, yes. We typically fit each style to either the Willamy engraved metal button or the crystal button. Contact Us to inquire about a specific bracelet if you would like to consider a different button.

WHAT ARE YOU DIFFERENT SIZING OPTIONS?

Each Willamy 5x leather wrap bracelet has 3-4 sizing options (button holes). The women's classic wrap bracelets are approximately 34-36" in length (6.7-7” per wrap) to accommodate nearly all wrist sizes. Our single wraps are between 6-7 inches. Men’s sizes are adjustable sizes 7-8” for each wrap around the wrist, depending on the amount of wraps. For custom sizing requests, please Contact Us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our goal at Willamy Collection is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our handcrafted jewelry. We offer a 30 day return on unworn items from the point of purchase directly from Willamy.com. Shipping will be provided by the customer for “change of heart purchases”. For any defective items, shipping will be provided by Willamy. If there is An purchases from third party sellers are subject to their return policy. To return an item, please Contact Us to receive a confirmation from our team.

We also offer a 90 day replacement warranty for defects (broken thread, button or shipping damage). Please see care instructions as guarantee does not cover regular wear and tear or misshaped leather due to improper storage.

WHY DID MY BRACELET BREAK?

Willamy uses the highest quality materials and we handcrafted and quality check each piece on sight before shipping and comes with care instructions. Because we use genuine leather, the natural materials require some TLC as they are subject to weakening with exposure to any moisture (shower, pool, sweat, moisturizing, self-tanner, sunscreen, cleaning chemicals, etc) as well as any aggressive activities like running or working out. Stretching the material in any way can cause any variations in the tiny grains of leather to break. Stretching is caused by not using the button to remove/put on the bracelet, not taking it off at night or getting caught on objects.

Pieces can wear out over time and the lifespan of a bracelet is often dependent on the care taken. We also understand that there are factors that are unpreventable and explainable which is why we offer a 90 day replacement warranty for defects (broken thread, button or leather). HOW DO I WRAP THE BRACELET ON MY WRIST?

Multi-wrap bracelets:

Willamy leather wrap bracelet comes in a wrapped form and buttoned.   Here are 5 easy steps to get your bracelet on and secured:

1. Unbutton the bracelet and uncoil it to have one long piece.

2. Drape the button over your wrist about an inch. The weight of the button will hold it in place.

3.  With your other hand, begin wrapping the length of the bracelet over your wrist - most wrists will fit 5x wraps.

4. Button through the hole that best fits your wrist.

5. You may tuck in the remaining leather or it may be trimmed AFTER the last knot being used.  We recommend having someone trim it while on your wrist to ensure the correct size before trimming.
